What is included?

32 unique pages, supplied in two matching 32-page PDFs: a premium color edition and a white-background, black-outline low-ink edition. These are two print choices for the same sequence, not 64 different lessons.

The pack includes a parent guide, readiness check, four worked lessons, guided and independent practice, misconception checks, eight word cards with a replayable game, a two-object field notebook, a two-page final review, progress certificate and complete answers with open-response criteria. Customer printing instructions and a one-household license are included in the ZIP.

Four paths from noticing to writing

Spot the detail: identify adjectives in simple sentences and explain what they add.

Follow the noun: connect each adjective to its noun, including sentences with two pairs.

Choose with evidence: use a stated clue to choose a fitting description and separate possible details from supported details.

Build a clear sentence: add sensible adjectives while keeping a complete message.

How do I use it at home?

Read the short worked lesson aloud, complete a guided page together, and then try an independent page. Ask, “What noun does that word describe?” Use the grown-up prompts to review a confusing connection. One lesson and practice page can fit a short, flexible session; there is no timed requirement. Oral answers and adult scribing are welcome.

Readiness, materials and scope

Designed for Grade 2 learners who can read short sentences with support, identify common nouns and write a simple sentence. You need a pencil and a printer; crayons and adult-assisted scissors are optional. Cards can remain uncut. The focus is descriptive adjectives before nouns, evidence-supported details and sentence expansion. Comparative/superlative forms, adjective-order rules and the full adjective/adverb distinction are outside this pack. It is a focused supplement, not a complete grammar curriculum.

Printing and household license

Digital download only; no physical item ships. Extract the customer ZIP and choose either PDF. Print US Letter at actual size / 100%, single-sided. Both editions use the same page order, activity IDs and answers. Keep answer pages 27-32 with the adult. One purchasing household may print for its own children; classroom, co-op, resale and redistribution rights are not included.

Questions parents ask

Is this suitable for a beginning reader?
An adult can read the directions and sentences aloud. A learner should already recognize common nouns and be able to say a simple complete sentence; use the readiness check to decide where to start.

Are the answers included?
Yes. All 59 numbered activities have exact answers or clear criteria and examples for open responses. Different sensible writing choices can be correct.

Do I need to print both editions?
No. Choose the color or low-ink edition. They teach the same 32-page sequence.

Does it teach adverbs or comparative adjectives?
The pack concentrates on descriptive adjectives and their noun connections. It does not provide a full lesson sequence on adverbs, comparative forms, superlatives or adjective order.

Is there a free sample?
Yes. The six-page sample includes two lessons, guided practice and sample answers. It is a preview, not the full paid pack.

Can I use it with a whole class?
This purchase covers one household only. It does not grant classroom or co-op reproduction rights.

What file will I receive?
One customer ZIP containing the two 32-page PDFs, printing/readme instructions and household license. You will need a PDF reader and a way to extract ZIP files.
